My DLF Garden Estate move: things nobody told me
Since March I've been living in DLF Garden Estate. Honestly, the community vibe here is still a bit... quiet. Not sure if people are just private or if it's generally isolated. Schools and markets nearby are great though, that was a big plus. Wondering if the overall living experience justifies the current price trends in Mohali for similar societies. Has anyone else felt this?

Yaar, I thought it was just me! I visited DLF Garden Estate last year and felt the same vibe. It looked good on paper, all 474 units, completed project, but the overall energy felt low. Mohali mein prices waise bhi upar jaa rahe hain, so I'm also wondering if it's worth it for a first-time buyer like us. What about the club house ya other amenities, are they functional?
