My DLF Phase 5 move-in: Hidden costs surprise

Just got possession at DLF Phase 5, AVL Infrastructure project. Total cost mein OC ke time kuch unexpected hidden charges aaye. Is this normal for Gurgaon? Lagta hai total acquisition cost hamesha badh jaati hai.

Oh no, yaar! This is exactly what I'm scared of. My friend also faced similar issues with his flat in Sector 65. Builders always have these hidden charges ready.

Haan bhai, same experience. My brother had to pay extra for 'development charges' that were never mentioned in the initial agreement for his plot near Airport Road (Gurgaon side). It feels like they just spring these on you when you're desperate to move in.
