₹1.1 crore for a 2BHK in Sector 58-59 sounds okay, but I'm learning the hard way about legal clarity for NRIs. Based in Dubai, getting property titles and POA done right remotely is tough. Any trusted legal advisors someone's used for projects in that ₹80L-1.5Cr range? What hidden costs should I watch out for when I can't do site visits?

Bhai, POA ka issue toh genuine hai, especially from Dubai. But 1.1 crore for a 2BHK in Sector 58-59? Thoda high nahi lag raha, even for the location? Aur Diplomats Group ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Unka toh koi previous project deliver nahi hua hai as far as I know, which is a massive red flag. Have you checked their RERA status or any past project details? Be very cautious, especially with your budget in that ₹80L-1.5Cr range.
