Builder track records in Noida are a total headache, especially when you're not there to supervise. I'm looking at The 3C Lotus Boulevard Espacia for investment, but 3C ka past record thoda shaky lagta hai. Even though this project is completed, I'm worried about their general delivery reputation affecting future resale value. Kya is project ka resale market liquid hai? Matlab, will I find buyers easily in a few years? I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do a site inspection myself. This makes me extra nervous about legal clarity and exit strategy. Has anyone faced issues with 3C's project delivery impacting their property's market value or resale process? Need ground reality check on this, please. Any good property managers for this area?
