Commercial property in Noida is completely oversold right now, residential is the real play. I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm looking at options. Everyone talks about the high ROI of commercial spaces, but residential seems less headache, especially for an NRI like me. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 or 107, maybe with Godrej or ATS. Is the rental yield reality for commercial actually good after all the hidden charges and vacancy risks? Or is a residential 3BHK near Jewar Airport a safer bet with appreciation? Need a reliable property manager too. What's the ground reality? Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
