My Dwarka 3BHK: Pre-launch savings vanished?

Just moved into my 3BHK in Dwarka last month and yaar, the 'pre-launch discount' feels like a joke now. Thought I saved money with DLF but the final cost, after all the PLC and floor-rise premium for my 12th floor unit, was way higher than expected. Super area vs carpet area ka difference bhi huge tha. Builders yeh sab pehle clear nahi karte. Did anyone else feel like pre-launch wasn't really a deal? Or is it just my bad luck?
