My Dwarka Expressway hunt: actual construction quality concerns

Since January I've been shortlisting flats on Dwarka Expressway, mainly Godrej and M3M. I work in real estate, but even I'm struggling with builder promises. Beyond delivery dates, my biggest concern is actual construction quality. Any real issues like plaster cracks, seepage, or finishing problems post-handover with Godrej or M3M projects? What's the reality like after possession?
