My Dwarka infra-impact property hunt

Spent Sunday checking options in Dwarka near the Metro Phase IV extension. Buying for myself is different, I'm eyeing 2BHKs around ₹1.5-2Cr. Metro Phase IV and UER-II impact is a big talk. Is project completion realistic, or will delays hit? Are affordable properties near these corridors in Rohini or Vasant Kunj still available? Should I wait?
