My Dwarka move: Did I miss the infra boat?
Infrastructure projects are changing Delhi's property map faster than I thought. I moved into my 3BHK in Dwarka around March, finally. It was a long search, aur honestly, I thought I'd done my homework. Prices for a 3BHK were already quite high, around ₹2.2 Cr. I was looking at established areas like Dwarka for connectivity. But now, seeing the pace of things, I'm wondering... The Delhi Metro Phase IV expansion aur UER-II ka kaam chal raha hai, I'm just wondering which areas will actually see big appreciation next. Like, is it too late for areas near these new corridors to buy into for good ROI? I'm thinking about a second smaller investment, maybe a 2BHK. Should I look further out, ya still stick to places like Rohini or Punjabi Bagh jahan already connectivity hai? Any affordable windows left near these upcoming infra spots?
