Sector 14 Dwarka mein ek Home Making Builders ka project dekha tha. Pre-launch offer tha, bolte the it's a steal. I work in real estate, but when it's your own money, you overthink. They quoted a 2BHK at ₹1.7Cr. Now, post-launch, it's ₹1.85Cr for same specs. But I wonder, is that initial price *actually* a discount ya just marketing ka funda? Feels like they inflate it later to show a 'gain'. Kya aap logon ko bhi laga pre-launch deals are just hype? Did anyone actually save big?

Bhai, bilkul sahi pakda hai! Mujhe bhi yahi laga. Sector 14 Dwarka mein Home Making Builders ka project dekh ke laga tha ki pre-launch mein kuch toh extra benefit hoga, but ye toh bas price ladder ka pehla step lagta hai. My friend also faced similar situation in a project near Ansal Villas.
Totally agree! It's just a marketing trick to create artificial demand. Price toh baad mein badhate hi hain.
