My 'early bird' booking turned into a hidden cost nightmare

Is the 'early bird discount' for Gurugram projects ever actually a discount? I booked a 2BHK with Signature Global near Dwarka Expressway last year, thinking I got a great deal. Now, with possession near, they're asking for extra PLC charges and IFMS that weren't clearly shown before. Initial quote mein toh kuch aur hi tha. My parents keep saying aise hota hai, but I honestly didn't expect this much of a difference. It's like an extra ₹5-7 lakh suddenly. Has anyone else faced these hidden costs after booking under a pre-launch offer? What did you do?
