My Elevate move-in: Brochure vs. reality

₹18,000 monthly maintenance for a 3BHK, just moved into Conscient Hines Elevate two months back. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, they're barely functional or always closed! Matlab, kids play area toh naam ka hai, aur jo 'state-of-the-art gym' bola tha, it's always packed to the brim. Honestly, yeh premium price point ke liye itna low quality amenities? Aur nearby construction ka noise toh alag headache. Is this common for Gurgaon projects? Anyone else feel misled about the actual daily life quality here?
