Renting in Delhi is just throwing money away, honestly. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj. Builder quoted ₹3.5 Cr. Kitna negotiation possible hai on such prices? And what hidden charges should I really watch out for beyond stamp duty and registration? Don't want any surprises later.

Bhai, totally agree with your EMI vs rent math. Delhi mein rent dena is literally setting money on fire. But ₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj? Thoda high nahi lag raha? Kitna area hai? Aur which builder is this, bhai? Name batao, thoda research kar lenge.
