Under-construction projects in Noida are a straight-up gamble now, no matter what brokers tell you. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, but EMI vs rent math is tough. Everyone glorifies future appreciation in places like Sector 150 ya Yamuna Expressway due to Jewar, but what about the risk? Matlab, project delays ka kya? I'm looking at Sector 140, prices seem stable for a 2BHK around ₹80L, but are they already too high? Not sure if ready-to-move ka premium justify hota hai ya under-construction mein risk lena padega. Kaun se areas mein prices inflated lagte hain and kahan actually growth expected hai in next 2 years? Disagree? Tell me why.
