EMI vs rent math has become brutally clear for me lately. Fed up of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge. Noida Expressway pe dekh raha hoon, especially Sector 94A. Budget around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2/3 BHK. Honestly, not sure about price trends. Last 1-2 saal mein prices kaafi badhe hain kya? Lagta hai abhi bhi high chal rahe hain. Should I buy now, ya wait? Koi negotiation hacks ya hidden charges se bachne ke tips? Site visit pe kya dekhoon jo miss ho jaata hai? Hope someone shares their recent experiences.

Bhai, this EMI vs Rent struggle is so real! I'm in the exact same boat, eyeing Noida Expressway too. Sector 94A sounds good, but yeah, prices have really shot up. The dilemma of 'buy now or wait' is killing me.
Totally agree! My rent just increased by 10%. Prices in 94A seem insane right now for 1.2 Cr.
