posted on 11 MayMy EON7 flat in Sector 36A: Area and CLP surprises
After getting possession of my EON7 flat in Sector 36A a few months back, I'm still trying to figure out some things. Super area aur carpet area ka difference bahut zyada feel ho raha hai. Jo floor plan dikhaya tha, actual usable space usse kaafi kam lag rahi hai. Builders ismein kitna play karte hain, honestly not sure. Also, Construction Linked Payment (CLP) plan initially sounded great, but with delays, EMIs got messy. There were also some hidden charges that popped up just before possession, jo pehle discuss nahi huye the. Has anyone else faced these kinds of surprises in Sohna, especially with the payment structure or area discrepancies? How did you handle it?

Bhai, totally relate! Ye super area aur carpet area ka chakkar toh pura scam lagta hai. Jab site visit pe gaye the, lagta tha bahut space hai. Possession ke baad lagta hai, 'Ye kaunsa ghar hai?' Builders ki marketing team dikhati kuch hai, aur deliver kuch aur karte hain. Mera bhi Sohna mein hi hai, ek project near Badshahpur. CLP ne toh band baja di hai. Delays pe delays, aur har delay ke saath interest badhta gaya. Hidden charges ki toh baat hi mat pucho. Kahan se nikle pata hi nahi chala. Hum first-time buyers hain
