Pre-launch offers are such a mind game, honestly. Main khud real estate mein hoon, but jab apne liye dekho toh sab alag lagta hai. Uttam Associates ka ek project Lal Bagh mein dekha tha. Pre-launch mein bol rahe the ₹1.6 Cr for a 2BHK, but baad mein pata chala wahi open market mein ₹1.5 Cr mein mil raha hai, on a lower floor maybe. Matlab, early bird discount kahan hai? Yeh sirf FOMO create karne ka tareeka hai? Is pre-launch actually a discount ya bas builder ka funding strategy? Koi apna experience share karega, especially in Delhi's market?

Sahi pakde ho bhai! Mera bhi same experience hua Ansal Villas mein. Ek project ka pre-launch price ₹1.2 Cr tha, but jab launch hua toh same configuration ₹1.15 Cr mein mil raha tha, bas floor upar-neeche tha. Builders ko kya milta hai isse? Is it just to gauge
Totally relate! Mujhe bhi lag raha tha pre-launch mein saving hogi, but yeh toh ulta ho raha hai. Builder FOMO play kar raha hai.
