My Experion One42 search: daily life vs brochure

Since last year, I've been seriously looking for my first flat, and Experion One42 Golf Course Road has really caught my eye. Paper pe toh sab kuch sahi lag raha hai, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Koi yahan rehta hai ya visit kiya hai? Is it genuinely a good home, ya just another fancy project? Honestly, I had no idea buying would be so confusing. Amenities mein they're showing a lot. But practical life mein kitna useful hain woh sab? Like the club house, pool, gym – are they well-maintained and actually usable, or just for show? Also, neighborhood ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, daily market access kaisa hai around Experion One42? My parents keep saying location is everything, so thoda nervous hoon. Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki what to trust. Any real-life experiences ya opinions would be super helpful. Thanks!
