We're also considering JMS Prime Land, but its under-construction status makes me nervous about possession delays and hidden PLC charges. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and safety for the kids. Honestly, isn't the ready-to-move premium at Pyramid worth it to avoid the JMS Prime Land gamble?
