My loan is pre-approved for a 2BHK in Dwarka, but I'm totally confused about the final cost. Tricone Projects ne ₹1.5Cr ka quote diya hai. Hidden charges sunke darr lag raha hai. Stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC, interiors – yeh sab milaake kitna upar jaata hai? Is it common to pay 15-20% extra over the base price in Delhi? Honestly, pata hi nahi chalta ki true all-in cost kya hogi. Any advice for a first-time buyer?

Bhai, Tricone Projects? Dwarka mein 1.5 Cr for 2BHK is a lot, unless it's huge. Be very careful with them, I've heard mixed reviews about project timelines. And yes, 15-20% extra is absolutely common. My cousin booked in Dwarka last year, base was 90L, final bill almost touched 1.1 Cr with all the extras. Keep a healthy buffer.
