Did a site visit to Primex Krishna Apartment last week, and honestly, the sales pitch was great. But I'm hearing whispers about their customer support post-booking. Everyone glorifies on-time delivery, but nobody talks about how hard it is to get Primex Infratech to even respond after you've paid. My friend said getting updates was a nightmare. Is this common for their projects in Greater Noida, like for a 2BHK in Sector 150? Should I be worried about them going silent? Change my mind.

Yaar, this is exactly what I've been hearing about Primex. Not just Krishna, but their other project near Alpha I also has similar post-sales horror stories. My cousin booked a flat with them in Sector 150 a couple of years back and getting any update was like pulling teeth. Builder ka sales team toh butter lagata hai, but ek baar booking ho gayi, toh phone bhi nahi uthate. It's a huge red flag for me, especially when you're putting your life savings into it. Has anyone here actually had a smooth experience getting updates after booking with Primex?
