Are the hidden costs for a 2BHK in Noida Extension really as high as everyone warns? I'm looking at places in Knowledge Park 1, maybe an Experion project, and the base price seems okay. But then there's stamp duty, registration, interiors... honestly, I had no idea how much these add up. My parents keep saying budget 20-25% more, is that realistic? What else should I be asking about during site visits beyond just the flat's carpet area? I feel like I'm missing some crucial red flags. Any advice on what to look for that builders won't volunteer?
