Negotiating in Bangalore feels impossible sometimes. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Shikaripalya by Sri Balaji Structures, quoted around ₹90L. Is it even possible to get a real discount, or are those spot discounts just for show? And what about hidden costs after stamp duty? My parents keep saying watch out for possession charges.

Oh my god, same here! I thought it was just me. Negotiating in Bangalore is a full-time job. Every builder quotes some astronomical figure and then offers a 'special discount' that feels like a joke.
