Honestly, I had no idea buying a home could be this confusing. Mohali mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon, budget around ₹80L to 1.5 Cr hai. Parents bolte hain under-construction mat lena, but ready-to-move mein option kam hain. Walia Homes ya Gillco Parkhills kaisa hai? Ya Sector 115 side kuch aur better hai? Not sure agar quality ya future ROI sahi milega. Any ground reality checks on specific projects for a first-time buyer like me? Kahi hidden charges toh nahi honge?
