Just got possession for my 2BHK in Whitefield last month. Yaar, final bill mein so many 'miscellaneous' charges they sprung on me. Clubhouse membership aur corpus fund were way higher than told. My ₹1.1 Cr flat near ITPL ended up costing almost ₹1.25 Cr all-in. Stamp duty, registration, interiors, and these random charges add up big time. Builder ne toh bas flat price bataya tha. Also, the carpet area feels small compared to what Prestige Group showed. Is this normal? Matlab, super area ka calculation kya scene hai? Should I have pushed for a detailed breakdown earlier?

Yaar, this is exactly what I'm scared of! I'm looking at flats near Attibele and builders there also give these vague estimates. How do we even prepare for these 'surprises'?

Haan, same here! My builder near Bannerghatta Road fringes added extra charges for 'power backup infrastructure' at the last minute. Total scam.
