DNR Arista Phase 1 in Whitefield — I'm seriously considering a unit there, but my parents keep saying to check everything legally. How do you guys verify a builder's legal track record, like NBR Group? What’s the best way to properly check RERA registration for red flags before investing? Don't want future headaches with exit options, tbh.

NBR Group? Bhai, inka toh koi track record hi nahi hai. Zero projects dikha raha hai RERA pe. Bahut risky lag raha hai for a first-time investment, especially in Whitefield jahan already itne established builders hain.
Exactly! Maine bhi check kiya tha. How can they even launch Arista Phase 1 without a single completed project? Red flag for sure.
