My first Bengaluru flat: Final cost shocker

Just moved into my Prestige flat near Ngarlur last month, and honestly, the final bill was a shocker. Builder ne bola tha ek price, but possession pe so many hidden charges aaye. PLC, infra development fees... sab total cost mein add ho gaya. Realistically, kitna negotiate kar sakte hai Bengaluru mein? Yaar, resale mein better deals milte hai kya? What's your experience, especially with Prestige projects?
