Om Infra's pricing near Gunpura seems high, honestly. I'm looking at a 3BHK, quoted around ₹90L, but not sure how much negotiation margin is actually there. Builders bolte hain 'fixed price', but is it really? Aur kya hidden charges lagte hain possession ke time? Worried about the actual total cost. Any advice on negotiating with them?
