Par under-construction projects mein thoda darr lagta hai, pata nahi time pe deliver hoga ya nahi. Builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for such high-value projects? Kya NBCC ka delivery history reliable hai? Aur ismein investor ratio kitna hai? Kahin ghost society na ban jaye, jisse future rental yield ya resale mein problem ho.
