Omaxe Gardenia Floors mein green areas ka kya real scene hai? Just moved in and I'm noticing actual open space thoda kam lag raha hai compared to what was shown. Does this affect long-term tenant attraction ya resale value for investors? Parking allocation bhi future mein headache banega kya? Kya community ko lagta hai yeh points matter karte hain?

Yaar, tumne sahi pakda. Main bhi Omaxe Gardenia Floors mein consider kar raha tha, but site visit pe green spaces utne impressive nahi lage jitne brochure mein the. Tenant attraction aur resale value pe toh definitely farak padega, especially for first-time investors like us. Parking ka issue toh har naye project mein hota hai, but yahan toh lag raha hai double headache hai. Kya others ko bhi aisa hi lag raha hai?
