My first Delhi flat: tax benefits confusion

₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK in Dwarka Sector 19 — finally bought it 3 months ago. After years of renting, it felt good to own something apna. Builder DLF tha, possession bhi quick mil gayi. But now, after the initial excitement, I'm trying to figure out all the tax stuff. My CA mentioned Section 24 and 80C, but honestly, I'm not sure kaise max out karun. EMI toh jaa hi rahi hai. Any tips on how to properly leverage these benefits, especially for a new home owner? Should I be doing something specific now for the next tax cycle? What did you guys do?
