Are current maintenance charges in Faridabad societies actually justified for investors? Just got possession of my 3BHK at Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla a few months back. I'm already seeing the monthly outgo and wondering if it truly aligns with the services. Things like common area upkeep, security, and power backup feel okay, but the clubhouse facilities seem underutilized. Does higher maintenance impact tenant attraction or future resale value for you guys? I'm trying to figure out if these costs are offset by better construction quality long-term, reducing immediate repair needs. Or are we paying a premium for amenities that don't really add to our ROI? Would appreciate any first-hand experiences.
