Ratan Pearls — just moved in last month, paid almost ₹90L. Everyone glorifies the amenities, but honestly, gym aur pool bas show-off hai. Kids play area bhi small hai. Society vibe bhi thoda detached laga, neighbours se interaction kam. Maintenance charges bhi high hain. Change my mind.
