My first few months at Root2Home Royal Park 2, some concerns...
Anyone else notice the elevator quality at Root2Home Royal Park 2? Just moved in three months ago, and honestly, the lifts feel a bit shaky sometimes. Had a minor issue last week; maintenance took ages. It's kinda worrying, especially with kids. Also, the children's play area... is it just me, or does it feel cramped and not super safe for toddlers? Brochure pictures made it look so open. I'm wondering if actual usability of these amenities is generally a letdown compared to what was promised. What's been your experience with their long-term maintenance plan for these specific things?

Hold on, OP said they 'just moved in three months ago'. But Root2Home Royal Park 2 is UPCOMING, possession is 2026-07-01. Are you sure you're talking about the same project? This is confusing for us first-time buyers!

Yaar, same pinch! I visited the site for Royal Park 2 last month, and even though it's upcoming, the display unit's lift felt a bit off. Brochure pics are always misleading, no?
