My first few months in Ghaziabad flat

Root2Home Royal Park 2's build quality is seriously disappointing. Just moved in last month, and already seeing hairline cracks near windows, plus kitchen sink fittings are loose. Maintenance charges are hefty, but actual service is so slow. Is this normal? What did others do about these issues after possession?

Haan yaar, main bhi yahi soch raha tha. RERA mein to iska status 'UPCOMING' dikha raha hai, aur RERA number bhi Not Applicable hai. How can one move in
