Investment Hotspots — possession was in March, aur tab se lag raha hai kaafi changes aa gaye hain. Nayi road connectivity aur metro extension ke baad prices toh kaafi badhe hain. But asliyat mein kis pocket ko sabse zyada fayda hua hai? Sector 65 ya 66? Mera flat value already upar lag rahi hai, but is it sustainable? Kya lagta hai aapko?

Yaar, totally agree with the post! I got possession in Sector 65 in April, and the difference is visible. Nayi road connectivity aur metro extension ne game hi badal diya hai. Prices toh definitely upar gaye hain, mera flat value bhi achha lag raha hai. But is it sustainable in the long run? Kya lagta hai aapko, will this growth hold?
