My first flat blues: Max Estate 128 II reality

Okay I'll be honest — I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed with our new flat at Max Estate 128 II. We just got possession a few months back, and already seeing hairline cracks, some seepage near the balcony... it's just frustrating. My parents keep saying this is normal for new construction, but I had no idea it'd be this soon. Also, the elevator maintenance feels super slow. Is this common? Did anyone else face major snagging issues after moving in? What did you do to get the builder to fix things properly? It doesn't feel like home yet.
