My first flat hunt in Bangalore: amenities reality
Did a site visit to Keya Spring on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Brochures mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but actual mein thoda alag feel hua. The clubhouse looked massive but is it really used daily by residents, or just for show? Same with the green areas; ads show lush spaces, but on ground, they felt a bit cramped, not much actual open space. My parents keep saying these advertised amenities often become ghost facilities after a year or two. Is this common in Bengaluru projects? Also, maintenance charges seem high. Does the service quality actually justify it? Like, is the pool clean, gym equipment maintained, security really top-notch? Not sure if the value is there. Kya kisi ko experience hai in sab cheezon ka post-possession?
