Since last year, I've been seriously looking for my first flat in Gurgaon. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK, maybe 3BHK if possible in areas like Dwarka Expressway. Prices toh sky-high lag rahe hain, especially near Golf Course Extension. Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the financial stuff. Everyone talks about Section 24 and 80C for home loans, but exactly how do these work for a first-time buyer? Kya kisi ko pata hai iska maximum benefit kaise lein? My parents keep saying save on tax but I'm not sure if I'm understanding it all correctly. Any other tax hacks ya tips for someone like me? Should I focus on ready-to-move for immediate benefits or under-construction for a better deal? Confused hoon.
