Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. My first home hai, aur Gurugram mein dekh raha hoon, mainly Sector 57 ke paas. Max Estates ke projects dekhe, but ab samajh nahi aa raha ki shortlisting kaise karein. Itna options hai, har koi kuch aur bolta hai. What are the absolute must-dos when you first start looking? Aur legal verification steps, jaise RERA check ya title search, yeh sab khud karna chahiye ya lawyer hire karein? I'm so new to this, any advice would be great.

Bhai, totally relatable! Main bhi Gurugram mein hi dekh raha hoon aur same haal hai. Itna overwhelming hai na, lagta hai koi guide book hi nahi hai. Max Estates ke projects acche toh lagte hain, but price dekh ke darr lagta hai. Sahi keh rahe ho, legal part toh sabse zyada scary hai.
