Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab Conscient Hines Elevate par atka hoon. This is my first property investment, so thoda nervous bhi hoon. Sector 65 mein location kaafi achhi lag rahi hai, but Conscient ka investor ratio kya hai? I'm worried kahin ghost society na ban jaye, which could affect long-term resale. Jo log wahan already owners hain, can you share actual rental yield figures? Brochure mein toh sab high dikhate hain, but market reality kya hai for a 2 or 3 BHK? Also, for a 5-7 year horizon, iski exit strategy kya hogi? Matlab, who will be the potential buyers? Is it easy to find genuine end-users later? Any advice ya experiences, please share. Really need some clarity.
