Visited Sattva Lake Ridge last year for investment, and ab finally possession mil gaya. Moved in last month, aur honestly, construction quality pe thoda doubt ho raha hai. Investor perspective se, I'm worried about the long-term. Minor cracks, paint issues already dikh rahe hain. Will this affect future resale value ya tenant attraction? Maintenance costs bhi badh jayenge na? Brochure mein amenities bahut glamorous lagte hain, but ground reality mein kitne log use karte hain? Kya yeh premium pricing justify karta hai, considering quality issues can surface in 2-3 years? Yaar, agar basic structure hi weak hai, toh amenities ka kya fayda?
