Honestly, I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely good for daily living or just looks great in brochures. What's the actual community vibe like there? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, how's the apartment layout and carpet area efficiency? Some places feel so cramped despite the numbers. My parents keep saying 'check the neighborhood properly', so what about schools, hospitals, or markets nearby? Is the commute to major employment hubs a daily struggle?
