My first home hunt is driving me crazy

Honestly, the carpet area promises in Delhi are a joke. Everyone glorifies Planner N Maker PNM Homes 1, but Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket B Dilshad Garden actually gives more usable space. Change my mind.
