My first home hunt: Sohna's true colours
Visited Signature Global City 92 Phase 2 last weekend. Honestly, as someone in real estate, I know how builders market, but buying my own home feels totally different. The brochure promises a lot. My main concern is livability – is it genuinely a good place for daily life, or just good on paper for that ₹1.26 Cr–₹1.44 Cr price point? Are the amenities actually useful, ya phir bas show-off ke liye hain? What's the community vibe like? Friendly or isolated? I'm trying to see past the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Any off-the-record feedback on maintenance charges, noise levels, or actual daily conveniences would be super helpful. Did anyone find unexpected issues after possession? Just looking for real experiences, not marketing talk. Hope this helps others too.

Totally agree with the OP. Brochure mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but real-world experience is what matters. Main bhi same dilemma mein hoon, bhai.
Yaar, Signature Global ka naam toh suna hai, but Sohna? That area still feels so far off. My biggest worry is daily commute agar office Gurgaon mein ho. Livability ke liye connectivity bahut important hai. Is price point pe mil toh raha hai, but future value ka kya?
