Sector 65 — fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. Finally thinking of buying apna pehla ghar. Dekh raha hoon 2BHKs around ₹1.6 Cr. Is it worth buying now, ya market peak pe hai? Aur tax benefits ka kya scene hai? Section 24, 80C, 54EC ka kaise max use karein? Kitne time tak hold karna chahiye for good capital appreciation, especially near Dwarka Expressway completion?
