Just moved into my Prestige Group flat in Whitefield last month, possession was ekdum time pe. But abhi kuch issues aa rahe hain, builder-buyer agreement mein kuch clauses the jo abhi problem de rahe hain. Yaar, RERA complaints kitne effective hote hain? Kya builder ka track record check karna aur bhi important tha?
