Ek friend ke saath hua tha, after possession they were asked to pay a lump sum for some 'infrastructure development charges' jo initially disclose nahi kiya tha. Be wary of such things.

Yes, U4, Ramprastha Skyz is a completed project. Its RERA number is 320 OF 2017. The possession date was 2019-03-01. So, it's been almost 5 years since possession. This means most of the initial issues should have been sorted, and you can generally check the society's current condition easily.
