Honestly, I'm worried about security systems in new projects. Pushpak Society looks great on paper, but do those fancy CCTVs and visitor management systems actually work day-to-day? My parents keep saying it's all show, and guards are often just for name's sake. Also, parking allocation – is it a lottery nightmare or do you get dedicated spots? I'm trying to understand if maintenance charges genuinely cover robust security. What's the reality after moving in?

RERA status toh online mil jaayega, but track record ke liye builder ke previous projects check karne padte hain. Aksar naye projects mein promises bade hote hain, par delivery mein haath tang ho jaate hain.
