Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Honestly, hidden costs beyond property price are insane! Stamp duty, registration, interiors, GST, PLC... my budget is blowing up. For an EESHANYA INFRA LLP project in Thanisandra, how much extra did you actually pay? Is 25% a realistic buffer for these charges for first-time buyers?
